Job Description


 
  1. SALES & MARKETING MANAGER [ONLY FEMALE CANDIDATES]

    Lead a result oriented team & is responsible for Managing the Branch Profitability ensuring high quality service & customer relationship management.
  2. Ensure achievement of overall team target by generating business & cross sale.
  3. Key Customer Relationship Management & supervision of all high Net Worth customer programme.
  4. Ensure all components of the Branch sales module function as per design.
  5. Review team operation report.
  6. Periodic review of Branch v/s Objective.  
  7. Ensure clarity of business objective among team.  
  8. Lead the Resource Mobilization strategy of Global Vision and provide support for its implementation. Taken care of the individual as well as the team production.
  9. Given Retention training programme for the employees.
  10. Build and sustain long-term partnerships with external individuals and agencies for financial and non-financial support
  11. Support the organisation in the development of fundraising and communications strategy and action plans.
  12. Contribute new ideas for fundraising and identify suitable funding initiatives, calls for proposals etc.
  13. Objectively review the success and achievements against agreed targets, identifying strengths, weaknesses and areas for development.
  14. Maintain organised hard and soft files of all fundraising information.
  15. Participate in the day to day work of the organisation - such as reporting, attending team and meetings as required, and taking a flexible approach to general administrative and support tasks.
  16. Carry out volunteer inductions.
  17. Manage and supervise volunteers. Manage Administration team and the marketing team.
  18. Coordinate with Programme and communication department.
  19. Relationship building with key decision-makers in target organizations for business development.
  20. Responsible for conceptualization & implementation of fundraising Plans.
  21. Achieve targets and confirm 100% collections thereon.
  22. Focused approach in attracting and managing donors across the Bangalore and afterwards Mumbai Region.
      

Candidate Profile:   

  • Should have team handling experience.
  • Should have good hands on social network and knowledge of natural market.
  • Should be from Sales & Marketing background.
  • Candidate from NGO, Telecom, Insurance & Banking will be preferred.
  • Should be well aware with the local areas.
  • Should be well versed with English & possess good communication skills.
