Lead a result oriented team & is responsible for Managing the Branch Profitability ensuring high quality service & customer relationship management.
- Ensure achievement of overall team target by generating business & cross sale.

- Support the organisation in the development of fundraising and communications strategy and action plans.
- Contribute new ideas for fundraising and identify suitable funding initiatives, calls for proposals etc.
- Objectively review the success and achievements against agreed targets, identifying strengths, weaknesses and areas for development.
- Maintain organised hard and soft files of all fundraising information.
- Participate in the day to day work of the organisation - such as reporting, attending team and meetings as required, and taking a flexible approach to general administrative and support tasks.
- Carry out volunteer inductions.
- Manage and supervise volunteers. Manage Administration team and the marketing team.
- Coordinate with Programme and communication department.
- Relationship building with key decision-makers in target organizations for business development.
- Responsible for conceptualization & implementation of fundraising Plans.
- Achieve targets and confirm 100% collections thereon.
- Focused approach in attracting and managing donors across the Bangalore and afterwards Mumbai Region.
- Should have team handling experience.
- Should have good hands on social network and knowledge of natural market.
- Should be from Sales & Marketing background.
- Candidate from NGO, Telecom, Insurance & Banking will be preferred.
